Beef Brisket Seasoning

To make the perfect slow cooked beef brisket, you will need a sweet a seasoning to compliment it. This is a great sweet and savoury seasoning that can easily be turned into a rub

Brisket Seasoning

Sweet and Savoury Rub


– 100g Brown Sugar
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 2 tbsp garlic powder
– 2 tbsp paprika
– 1 tbsp english mustard powder
– 1 tbsp mixed herbs (the mixed herbs I use are a combo of parsley thyme & marjoram)
– 1 generous pinch of pre-fried onions (optional)

– 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
– 2 tbsp olive oil


mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl, then add olive oil and apple cider vinegar to make a paste
